Tuning & fabrication of standing and running rigging, including deck hardware and ground tackle. * Yard Manager Synchronizing storage & winterization with special needs for cradle or frame work for job covers or shirk wrap. Establish maintenance schedules for the yards equipment, including operation & general maintenance and repair for 100 slips marina, with wood & concrete float systems. * Project manager Coordinate written & photo documentation of survey appraisals for Renovations, Warranty & Damage evaluations.
