The position has the reponsibility for leading the dining services team in providing a quality dining experience for residents and guests by:
Supervising, training, and sheduling dining staff
Managing, the dining services budget
Managing, daily operations and inventory control
Orchestrating special events and functions
Being an intergral part of the Bartlett Woods team
Maintaining high standards of excellence
